Contractor’s All Risks Insurance covers unforeseen physical loss or damage in engineering projects involving both construction of the building and other civil engineering works that are being carried out.

Policy Cover:

• Material Damage
  • Material damage to work under construction
  • Damage and loss to contractor’s plant, machinery and equipment
    
    
• Third Party Liability:
  Accidental loss or damage to third party property and/or bodily injury 

The policy also provides coverage for the maintenance period
